Pan Duo® Pans are made from a professional heavy gauge hard-anodized aluminum and coated with an Ultra Non-Stick Titanium Ceramic Copper Coating.  With them being about 30% stronger than stainless steel pans, they are not only lightweight but extremely durable.

Quality & Durable Coating

Pan Duo's® ceramic copper coating is furnished with titanium,  making the coating exceptionally durable and strong.  A MAPP Gas Torch reaching 3600°F (1982°C) cannot melt or peel the coating off the pan.
